The Full Limit Selling program is ideal for someone new to sales who wants to learn to sell. Organizations who do ongoing recruiting can benefit from a standardized program made up of sales tools and selling techniques that gives their new sales people a solid foundation of knowledge to build on. This makes their sales people more coachable and accelerates their movement up the learning curve reducing the investment in a sales person and lowering the time it takes for a sales person to be generating a positive return.

The Full Limit Selling program is a seven module training course which covers the sales process using the Sales Pipeline concept and the technical aspects from identifying market segments and prospecting through to establishing trust, making offers and handling objections. Each module has a test and upon completion of all seven module tests a Certificate of Completion is provided. There is approximately 60 minutes (running time) of materials. it includes an online Behavioral Profile, based on the concept of the DISC model. This is intended as a quick assessment of their behavioral style used to introduce them to the concept and process of creating stronger relationships - faster.

In addition to the technical side of selling, the materials cover the importance of Beliefs, Attitude, Goal setting and Intentions to turn a Sales Apprentice into a well balanced Sales Professional.

As a sales person gains experience they may be ready for a more customized combination of selling techniques and coaching to move from a Sales Apprentice level to a Sales Professional level they may benefit from a customized facilitated group session with other Sales Professionals which with experience can take them to the Sales Mastery level.
